Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas in Concert

Is The Nightmare Before Christmas one of your favorite Christmas movies? Discover a new way to enjoy it with The Nightmare Before Christmas in Concert. On December 21-23, the Utah Symphony will perform the score to the classic holiday film.

Luminaria

The Christmas season is not complete without a stunning light display. Luminaria is a mile-long walk that transports you to a magical Christmas wonderland. As you go through Ashton Gardens, you’ll enjoy over 8,000 programmable luminaries—including a flying reindeer, blooming poinsettias, and classic Christmas motifs. Reservations are available every 30 minutes from 5 p.m to 8:30 p.m. You can purchase tickets in advance to ensure you have a spot.

Ballet West’s The Nutcracker

The annual performance of The Nutcracker is back. From December 2-24, you get a chance to take a trip to the Land of Sweets with this ballet production. Ballet West’s performance is the country’s first and longest-running Nutcracker—but it remains as fresh as the day it started. This event is fun for children of all ages, making it perfect for a family outing.

The Festival of Trees

The holiday season is about giving, so why not enjoy a fun time and give back? The Festival of Trees is a magical holiday tradition that raises money for Primary Children’s Hospital. Attractions include over 700 trees, a gingerbread village, a gift boutique, an elf emporium, and more.

Christmas Cruise at Clas Ropes Course 

Indulge in a Christmas-themed boat ride on the Provo River. As you cruise, you’ll enjoy festive decorations and thousands of magical lights as you cruise.
